Skin Allergy?

ok all of a sudden ive been having allergies whenever I do any hard work whatsoever, eg: Running/ lifting weights/ etc

sometimes even at high temperatures my skin starts to itch and get red on my forehead/face/neck and a bit of itches on my arm

but it ussualy comes off like 20 seconds or so if i stop whatever i was doing

its really weird ive never heard of anything like this before

it sounds like heat rash...or heat urticaria.

unless it's really severe, there's not a lot you can do about it.

are you on any type on antihistamine?

you could try some over-the counter Claritin.

its probably your sweat blocking the pores of your skin and thats whats making you itchy

You may be losing a lot of water in your body. Drink plenty of fluids so that when you sweat, the water replenishes it. Electrolyte balance is also very important. Drink aloe vera juice straight from the leaf, but diluted with equal amount of water. It will act as a good toner for the skin and remove any irritation. Application of the aloe vera gel (fresh) on the affected part will soothe and heal. Dont scratch the irritated part, instead rub vigourously with your palm. Scratching accelerates infection.
